Starting Point

God. Life. Faith. What’s the Point? Make time to find out.

Start becoming who you’re made to be. Stop journeying alone and take your first step to living life with great friendships & meaningful community.

At Starting Point we want to get to know you and how you can be connected to what God is doing at Life Church. No matter your previous church experience, Starting Point is a great place to ask questions and find our how you can get involved.

The next Starting Point event is directly after an upcoming church service from 12:00-1:00pm. Lunch and childcare will be provided.

Form meaningful friendships centered around Jesus and Christian community.

Groups are 10‑14 people who meet weekly to discuss Sunday’s message and hang-out. You will discuss how the sermon works out in real life. A typical group meeting lasts for an hour and a half.

Each Group semester lasts about 10 weeks. At the end of each semester, you have the choice of staying in the same group, trying a new group, or even taking a break. Our Groups meet on various nights of the week in homes throughout the community.

“Is it time to be Baptized? At Life Church we believe baptism is about going public with your faith in Jesus and communicating to the world your heart-felt desire to follow him.  We also believe baptism should be a celebration and not a somber religious ritual. Jesus told us 3 stories in Luke 15 about how all heaven celebrates when people who were far from God find their way back to Him.  So we like to throw a party at Life Church when people decided to be baptized.

It's likely you have some questions regarding baptism: Why should I be baptized? What if I’ve already been baptized—do I have to do it again? What if I was baptized as a child? Does it matter if I get sprinkled or dunked? Feel free to ask us any question in the form that pops up when clicking the button below.
