Here is some general technical app questions and answers. If you would like to ask us a specific question, please contact us so we can help you out.


Q. How can I turn on notifications on my phone?

A. To turn on notifications:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Click the top left icon (3 lines stacked) to open the menu.
  3. Click notifications.
  4. Make sure the general notifications are turned on.


Q. What is the “inbox” in the settings menu?

A. The inbox in the settings menu shows you a history of the notifications you have received.


Q. Do I need to log in to use the app?

A. No, you do not need to log in to use the app. There is an option to create an account and log in when you click the menu icon (3 lines stacked) on the top left, but you do not have to. If you want to give a donation through the app, you have to log in again on the giving page.


Q. How can I use the app offline (No wifi or data connection)?

A. When offline, you can listen to your audio downloads.


Q. How do I download audio in the app?

A. To download audio in the app:

  1. Ensure you have an internet connection.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Find the sermon you want to download.
  4. Click the little download arrow next to the “listen” button.


Q. Where can I find my downloads?

  1. To find your downloads:
  2. Open the app.
  3. Click the top left icon (3 lines stacked) to open the menu.
  4. Click on “Downloads.”


Q. How do I search for a specific sermon?

  1. To search for a specific sermon:
  2. Open the app.
  3. Click the search icon (magnifying glass) on the top right of the app.
  4. Type a word of the title or name of the speaker in the search bar at the top of the page.
  5. Click the sermon you found to open it and play it.


Q. Who can I contact if I have other issues with the app?
